* Flat and mounted, safely secured between boards.

Privacy
We totally respect customer privacy and guarantee that all personal information supplied to us will be kept completely confidential. Pay Pal security applies if ordering by that method.

Damage on Delivery
All paintings are checked prior to despatch. If the package/goods arrives damaged, it must not be signed for and we should be notified immediately at jon@aqualandair.co.uk

Returns
No returns will be authorised after 30 days from customers receipt of goods.
All returns must have an authorization number and return address, these are both obtainable from us at jon@aqualandair.co.uk
No refunds will be made without this authorisation.
Return delivery charges are your responsibility and non-refundable.
Items returned must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging and returned
via a method of recorded delivery.

On our receipt of goods in original condition, you will be refunded the cost of the goods within 7 days.
